La Taberna’s new exec. chef Jose “Kiko” Rodriguez brings family recipes from his native Veracruz to Santa Fe with his “Nuevo Latino” cuisine. His passion is mole (he serves 3 moles), dried chiles and spices. Parrillada (Argentinian mixed grilled meats) is grilled Saturdays on the patio. Taco Tuesday celebrates the restaurant’s Spanish heritage and there’s music on the stage almost every night. Happy hour happens daily from 5-6pm.
